As aksss1983 mentioned it can be that way....be positive......did u submit any letter with ur marriage certificate or something with ur additional document request???? If yes thn did they send back that too??
Ndvo is veryyyy uncertain...they keep changing their way to process file....usually originals r return aftr one month of ppr.....
May be in ur case only one original document they hd so they must hv send u back immediately aftr updating the info on ur file.....hope fr the best....god bless u....

Hi all..congrats to those who got remedical..but its really frustrated for me who haven't got any update..mine is 22 april applicant..med done on 16 march..god plzz help ..the people who apply after got update...plzz god do something

my husband is in same boat.... he is april 22 applicant and his medical was done on 18 march... no updates yet

I dnt know how the ndvo process files. They are selecting randomly.
One of my frnd got processed his case in 8 months.

Its seems to be a good situation that they r looking into ur file....they kept letters with it n jus forwarded u back the original certificate to keep it safe with u....dont feel low .....take this news in a good way....u got additional document request so it would be slightly more time thn others round ur date....i guess u had submitted ur marriage certificate still they asked u again.....so u cant help this situation in anyway..ur turn is near as one of the january applicant with additional document request got Dm so u r in the queue ...hopefully soon....best wishess

My immigration consultant did the same. He sent us AOR1 couple days later and about AOR2 he completely forgot to forward us the email. And he is asian too. So im being a bit curious here, if we have hired the same consultant :-X ??? : ;D LOL

Does our e CAs status change when we receieve our AOR 2?? As sometimes we do not receieve e mail so. Can we check AOR 2 online ?? If yes then please guide me as to what will be written

According to the current trend aftr sponsor approval or aftr aor2, permanent residency status changes to "In Process".....in few cases applicants hv not noticed any change and got directly remed/dm/ppr aftr 8-10 months...so there is always exceptional case in processing of ones file and one cant trust ecas....

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:
Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)


what should i do ? i mean should i go to hospital for a full medical as last one or i have to give IMM5459 and documents to the doctor?? plz help..
