It doesn't necessarily mean that they have started working on July files. May or June applicants haven't heard anything from NDVO yet. It just means that they are checking for the completeness of the application before they go on visa officer's desk.

Yes, she is going to sign and courier it to me. What I was confused was that whether my wife and I both needed to be present in physical while filling this form. If not, I am wondering if it is ok for her to sign it today for example, and then courier it to me, and then I sign it on the day received. Technically, this form should be filled by me first, and not sure whether having her sign it first is ok or not.

Waiting for others also to share their experience/inputs, to clarify about my confusion.

Well if it helps this is what I did:
Sent the forms to her via email she sent back signed.
You both don't need to be physically together atleast I don't think so. She has to acknowledge what is on the form is accurate and true since she will be signing it.

You paid $75 extra and that's why they returned it to you. Other than that it is business as usual which means you will hear something about your file in June 2016.

yes, I have emailed her and she is going to sign it first and courier it to me, then I can sign it on the receiving date. Thank you.

I have a question on visa photo i have to submit..is the specification changed recently? I could see it is mentioned as 50mm×70mm which is comparitively bigger than the previous specification..Need advice..
