Application applied on 23 FEB,
Medical expired on 30 Nov,
first love marriage,
6 years relationship before marriage,
attached all proofs from 6 years, pictures where we were still teen ages, orkut proofs,

still no remed,

GCMC notes indicated interview recommended, on 31 Dec, still not interview call or date,


So please be patient..and take it easy.

Appreciate bro! but as my agent said after remedical u still have to wait for 3 months to get PPR.. is it so or wat?

Red flag was valid. Reason was previously cancelled family clsss file (parents). Brother in low cancelled bcus of ego. Sad. Mainly they asked on that. Why cancel it. Who did it. Why did it. Who knows about it? Hows the relationship between wife and sis in low.
Also asked about wife. My wife is canadian pr. About her they asked.,
where does she work?
What she works?
How she goes to work? (She take rides)
With whom she goes?howmany people in the car?
Color of the car. (Didn't know the color so told them the issue we discussed about car).
How long it takes to reach at work?
How we first contacted each other? ( answer was social media)
Were you talking to other girls on social media?
Asked what i dislike about her.
After an hour they asked to wait for 2 min outside and they gave the decision that our relationship is genuine and they will send remedical email in 24 hours. We got it in 2 hours. I hope this help. And any other questions please aksed me.

Above post frm 2014 forum......so Piraj member had red flag of previous cancelled immigration application--->reason fr interview..i hope its gvs 2015 members some idea.....as Piraj is 2015 applicant....

No we could not figure out the red flag, i applied another GCMC notes and we will see.

there is one line after my husband's eligibility which says " undertaking 36 months" i dont know the meaning of that line.

i wish they did not mean for our application processing time. :(

In retrospective, the last 8-9 years in my life has been a waiting game with immigration/papers etc. since I moved out of India.
Wish there was an efficient process for the immigration if one has chosen to immigrate.
Waiting game hurts .... :'(
 
How to get early medical appointment?
My husband got it on 11th >:(. they said all booked.
I saw may people they got it done in 2 to 3 days. How? :( :'(
