Earlier applied for online TRV on 3rd october. Purpose was so that we can celebrate our 1st karva chowth diwali, lohri together and also booked cruise. But that was just itenary. but it denied on 21st oct. then I went to india for couple of months but I got my citizenship oath ceremony date when i was in india and I missed that. I Rescheduled my air ticket and sent all papers to citizenship office after coming back in Canada to reschedule my oath. Then I got letter for 15th Feb and I applied again online on 1st feb with support letter of MP and today got rejection.
Paper submitted : -
Indian Bank Balance certificate along with statement of 6 months, Valuation papers of business and home, Income tax returns,
oath letter , MP letter, Canadian Bank statement, job letter, pay stubs, photographs
and other supported documents
Nicely described them that last time our visa denied and I went to India immediately but this Oath ceremony can not be held in India.
Please let me know what can be done now.

mp's letter doesn't add any point as far i have researched on this forum.. it may add negative points as in y is she/he giving some preference to ur file.. may be.. did u submit 2 letters? invitation and cover letter? and is ur PA doing business? if u r the sponsor, u need to show financial stability by showing ur bank funds, tax returns, pay stubs.. since u ll be taking care of ur spouse during their reside in canada..

ur marriage certificate and photos r very important for visitor visa as well.. travel ticket and insurance policy during his/her stay in canada.. may be u need to detail ur cover letter..

Has he had travel history before? that add significant points giving them an impression u dont over stay or misuse the visit visa. think abt the points i mentioned and let me know.. iam here to help.. :)

Hi Guys: One of my friend also (9th April Applicant) got remedical today.

A question to any one who has done this or any idea about this senior member
My question is it necessary to do medical from same place or can we do medical from Delhi too..

Second is can we submit passport to any visa office or we have to use our home vfs to do that...I want to know this as my wife is willing to go to her parent's home for some time and delhi is more near to them. ... and Chennai is far...

lets be more encouraging to each other....ndvo doesn't work in a proper and fixed queue....so everyone can worry about updates.

Hopefully post April 10th Applicants start getting it soon, they have been on 9-10th april for a while now :)

Hey Mike...its not in that way at all dear....anyways....i know all r so worried....i understand. ....m in same boat dude...worried...woried...but now trying to engage in work as more as possible

hey no worries....my point was he can complain why did ndvo give ppr to applications in front of him which has actually happened from the spreadsheet. so you see everyone is frustrated by ndvo.

Congratss to them...April pool is already started....so guys your wait is going to b over now.....by d way...update means remd or ppr in these cases you mentioned
