hello
i hired representative to file spousal visa for my wife for canada. My file is in new delhi right now, but the problem is my representative is not answering my phone or email and he has given his mail address and email to cic and not ours. To whom CiC will send passport request letter once our application is finalized, are they gonna send separate letter to my wife in india stating that you can send your passport or they will inform my representative only??

If you feel u r not able to reach out ur representative then u can send case specific enquiry stating you have change in mailing address an phone number. You have to write a letter with all the particulars of address change, sign it and courier to New Delhi office.


Do you mind sharing your timeline as it ll be more helpful to know which stage ur application is. An tell what action can be taken

U hv not worry if marriage is genuine but hv to collect as many as proof of red flags which is mention for interview.
Can u share yr type of red flag like age gap,marriage at big age,education,different community, child custody etc.?
Hv u filed through lawyer or self? I may be in same boat.
