i have got a mail from CPC about submitting additional document. (Supplementary Information -IMM5562 Your Travels Please provide us with your travel history since the age of 18. )

Can Anyone guide me if someone has received this type of mail from CPC

Wife's PR Applied on Oct 2014 : - My wife is on close work permit and is in Canada for 4 years. She applied for PR in the month of August 2014 and she got the file number on Oct 22nd, 2014 and medicals were submitted in the month of May 2015 and she was waiting for her PR

We got married in September 2015 and her status got changed from single to married in her file and we applied for addition of spouse on Oct 16th Oct 2015 in the same file and waiting for medicals for me ( Husband who is in India ) where we have given the fees of $550 in Oct 2015 only ( 1st Phase fees )

Need to know few things :-

1. When can be medical expected
2. What is the duration they take
3. Applied visitor visa twice and rejected with a foolish reason ( travel history,family ties etc )

They are simply asking where did u travel after 18 years of ur age... If you didnt travel anywhere then send them an letter explaining the same... and if you did... then send them its proofs if u have any...

and about ur Husband's medical i guess you didnt applied Medical upfront...
U applied for him in October 2015... They might ask for it in a month or two or they might ask for it somewhere in June to august... (Its a general guess... NDVO is unpredictable)...
and about ur third point...
and about visitor visa... they examine it very deeply... they surely found something that ur husband won't be coming back to India after arriving in Canada on TRV... again i want to add that NDVO is unpredictable... hope ... that helps...

Hi I'm a feb 24 applicant .. I got additional marriage proof(photo and communication) on Jan 12 and i don't have any response after that.. My Medicals expired on Jan30.. I did not get any remedical request as well.. Can we do remedicals in advance or should I wait.? I applied notes on Jan 4 and nothing was started so far except Medicals which was completed and expires in Jan 30.the status shows inprogress since October 9

Don't worry you will get soon because too many Feb applicants waiting for updates and remedical. I don't no for what reasons ndvo stopped updates on Feb files......wait for sometimes because ndvo send you remedical own their own .

Many congrats for getting remedical request ;D ,Yes you can visit the same panel doctor or if you have relocated you can certainly visit the nearby doctor provided he/she should be on the CIC list of doctors & authorised to conduct your medicals .

I got call from them around 12 pm ... I can't tell you how humble and polite and helpful that person was .... you will not believe even I can't imagine he called me back to tell that ppr has been sent to your email ( even he told me time which they sent ) .. that's unbelievable .. I requested him something he couldn't fulfill that but way he spoke and deal with me was simply amazing ... never thought visa officers were that good .

I need some guidance from you all of you.

Her medical expired on 12th Dec 2015. We have no remedial request yet but when I did MP inquiry, I got to know that there was a note on our file on Jan 6th 2016 that her interview was requested. We have not been contacted by CIC at all... neither by email nor via phone.

My question is:

Is there any way I can contact CIC to follow up?

I submitted the passport yesterday at 3 pm at Jalandhar VFS office. i got a message (on phone) today at 4 pm that your processed passport has been dispatched from Canada Visa Office Chandigarh, on 11/02/2016 to canada visa application center Jalandhar. Do they stamp visas in Chandigarh or could it come back Delhi in less than a day?

Was wondering if I could get some advice with my current situation. So, I received my second set of notes and it states that my husband's case is pending until his medicals are received. I'm assuming that they are talking about the second medical but we have never received an e-mail from NDVO and his ecas is also not updated. My husband went to the doctor's office to complete his second medical but was rejected because they had no clear instructions.

In the notes it says, ''pending meds x1 sent by auto e-mail File PA'ed to registry until med results are received'.
Does this mean that they send the re-medical? If so, I have not received it.
Has anyone else been in this situation? Please help!!!!

Firstly check if all the contact information you have provided to NDVO is up to date (If you update any address change/ email ID change with CIC after the file is moved to Delhi then it will not reflect in NDVO data base)
If there is no issue with the contact information then do a communication with NDVO and ask them. You can try below options:
1. In case specific inquiry give all the information w.r.t your file number, note details and brief about you not received any communication.
2. Write a letter to NDVO with all the particulars of the file and Send a courier to NDVO with acknowledgement. This way you have a tracking on weather they have received the letter or not.
