You get the right to curse CIC and God :D

Nothing happens as such but then no-one can tell you that you have to wait out your processing period. Then you can ask your MP for an update or do case specific enquiries yourself without any worries. As you know NDVO files are usually processed in 12 months. It might take 17 months only if there's an interview or any other hurdle.

Need Help ;
I am PA currently working in MNC in India and company sending few of the employees to Sydney (Australia ) for 3 weeks for a new project and luckily I'm one of them ,company applied for our Visa and I have recieved email visa just now . I will be travelling on coming sunday (return tickets confirmed) ,how can I inform NDVO about this trip ,your advise would be highly appreciated.

This is how my case looks like and i need advise from you
I am april 10,2015 applicant. Medical done-22 feb 2015 , in process - since june 13,2015

I applied for visitor visa and in september 2015 and my wife got it and she is here since september. She got visa for 1 year but immigration gave her entry for 6 months which expire on 12 march

Now my two questios are
1. Should i apply for extension for visitor as cic ask to apply for extension of visitor visa atleast 30 days before expiry of your status. ?
2. As we all know feb applicants are almost done and i am hoping to get ppr soon . If i get ppr here in email. Can i submit my remedical and passport here in canada or not?

later you can do the landing procedure once you get the PR. only problem will be that PP don't do remed so you will have to do full medicals and email it to ndvo
 
March 4th applicant.. medical will expire feb 19. No remeds request yet.. soo frustrating.. interview waived. What to do now?

2. In rare cases they issue visa immediately bt not seen any case recently....so keep ur fingers crossed n hope fr the best.....

Go thru interview questions in our spreadsheet 2015 and even u can check the interview question forum....definately u dont need to panic ....sometimes even straightforward cases also go thru interview...

i guess they raised flag bcus of our short story bfor wedding and secondly less pictures. I doubt on this two reason. Otherwise, first marriage for both, no age difference, both have same education, Noone too fat or too thin. Just that the matter of documents. Nothing like complected.
Take it as a part of the processing n be relaxed n peacefull...

Can you please guide me as to how you got your visitot visa ???? As even I want to apply but they say it's difficult as we already have a spousal visa file running. Can you please guide. What all documents did you an your wife submit and all. Please do guide
