Can you share like what additional documents CIC is requesting even though we have submitted all the documents with our application?

I was asked for updated and continuous communication proof and outing pics having me and my wife alone.

They started processing my file Sept 2015 and it also says medical received. Since then for 5 months it has been pretty quiet. Is anyone in the same situation?.

How long does it take for them to request for Passport after Delhi file is created?

If I am not wrong no one from March after RE medical has got DM or ppr ?

My wife got Re medical on Jan 20th and did than on Jan 27th.. The Hospital PPl told they will update the medical result in two days.. but no update after that.
we are March 6th applicant.
Does anyone know how long it will take after re medical.

Hope some think good will come soon.

It takes roughly 10 months after a file is received in NDVO. Currently they are processing Jan-Feb 2015 files.

My remedical already done on 5 Jan so just waiting for next update.....people who applied after me they got DM and PPR but me not.....that's why I m so worrying. Hope you understand me.

I can understand how that can be frustrating but as you know NDVO doesn't really have a proper system, they certainly don't work in order of dates we applied. Definitely order notes, you will get some answers and who knows maybe you might just get your PR before you get the notes! Good bless, hope you hear something soon.

I did submit all documents along with my application, but my daughter was born a few days before I submitted my application.
And I only sent a short form birth certificate. Short form birth certificate is a birth certificate that does not have the parents name on it. So they emailed me asking for a long form birth certificate and that is a birth certificate that has both parents names on it. They also asked for proof of communication between my husband and I.

My reason for asking is, I am in a similar situation. I didn't add my son to the PR application as I applied for proof of citizen- I pass my citizenship to him being a Canadian Citizen my self.

No,my daughter was born in Canada. And yes I'm a Canadian citizen. Yes, I added my daughter to my husbands PR application but I didn't add her pictures and her birth certificate which had both my husband and I name on it. Reason why was because I was in the hospital with my daughter when I submitted my application... so I couldn't attach any of her pictures only her birth certificate which didn't have our names on it. So they asked me for another birth certificate and her pictures.

Well my daughter was added to my application I just didn't send her pictures and a proper birth certificate which states both parents name on it. So I hope my husband gets it soon. And good luck to you.
