Please correct me guys if i am wrong. According this CIC spreadsheet total they received 4101 spousal application from Jan to Sep 2015

For others like me, you can download a bunch of excel sheets from here and you'll know how many applications CIC receives.

FYI, India sends in the 2nd highest number of applications for PR amongst all the other countries. The first is Philippines. From Jan to Sep 2015, CIC received some 36000 applications from India, compared to just 8700 something from Pakistan, so we can't really complain if their processing time is less than ours.
Our database is really small in comparison so even if our forum members don't receive updates on some days, NDVO is still working. Don't lose heart people. Sabka number ayega.

And I was thinking March had too many applicants
July and onwards people are in for a long wait unless the Canadian government brings in some procedural changes soon.
