I dont think you are Throwing a stone to bee hive Stevdilon because its not just NDVO gets GCMS its all over the place Cic office. Its yours rights to know whats happening. Immigration is just one of the dept you request.I have done the request for TRV rejection , My Citizenship , didnt effect in Anyway.

So if you think you want to know whats going on your File,then you can apply or else wait to get suprised PR

Hello every1, just an update my wife deposited the passport on 27th Jan in VFS Jalandhar. Today she got a text msg that her passport is dispatched from visa office Chandigarh for VFS Jalandhar through vade courier partner. I googled that vade courier partner and that's blue dart.

That's bad, they have left you in limbo since Nov. No one knows the pattern.

They are also working on Jan and Feb. Not all March applicant have been worked out though. I am also Marchian but nothing after In process. Marchian after me have heard.

My agent also scared my husband that it will delay the process. but then i asked my friend who did that when she applied for her citizenship and it does not affect our application.
i already applied notes on 5th Jan and eagerly waiting for it. i will update whatever they will respond.

I want PPR and visa...........
this waiting thing is killing me,
i feel as if i am losing my head,
trying my best to keep myself occupied and distracted.

life has come to a standstill point,
no way of going back and can move forward only with ndvo's blessing..........
i know its with all, NDVO should be little more considerate........

i am messaging it here because no one else understands this, and i am sure people here understand the kind of emotional turmoil one is going through........ sometimes its even hard for the spouse to understand............

Don't worry. Stay strong. I can understand. I feel stuck in India too while my hubby is in Canada. It's really tough to keep answering to multiple questions from friends and family. Unfortunately, spousal sponsorship isn't a priority when compared to other types of visas for NDVO. But, let's hope things will change as time passes.

Stay strong and may be give it a try for a TRV.

My husband did MP inquiry and they stated that I need to wait till Nov 2016, coz my application transferred to Delhi on June 29th..

Previously it was 16 months including sponsorship approval but now it is 17 months excluding sponsorship approval as per the reply..

I dont know what ndvo is doing...

Hey dont worry u are April applicant and right now NDVO is working on March Files. Hopefully NDVO will start working on April files in the coming month..... dont loose hope.......they might have said that to keep u away from more inquiries, as a lot of people are doing MP inquiry........

That is just a standard answer from MPs. Donot worry. As Preetgill said, right now March applicants are getting some real good quick response. April applicants should be next, hopefully sometime in Feb.

is there any timeline of landing after we get visa stamped (can we go after 2 months too to canada ,or we have to rush asap ) since i have lot of thinks to settle in india ... anyone who got visa can reply....... any know ......

Well i suppose if u already have re medical done then when ever you r ready you can fly...within 1 year

Second, Visa stamp when I landed on pr from USA was 5 years.... so it means I can reach Canada in that time frame..... but if I select next year... Canadian border security will ask me for medical..

You are right...my husband goes nuts when people ask him "tu hale gya nhi??" it's like rubbing salt in this wound. I CAN'T believe we've been living apart for more than 1 year. NDVO wake up please

Hahahahah same case to all, this is damn right. Main issue is lack of concentration and focus on office works.
