But my husband doesn't live here in Canada how would he do it in Canada?
And I applied for my notes today hopefully I'll get it soon. And I won't do an mp enquiry for now. As long as I see my interview is waived I'll be good.
 
Let's leave the disappointments of yesterday behind
And start today with positivity and enthusiasm.......

I am really loosing my hope...

My husband did MP inquiry and they stated that I need to wait till Nov 2016, coz my application transferred to Delhi on June 29th..

Previously it was 16 months including sponsorship approval but now it is 17 months excluding sponsorship approval as per the reply..

I dont know what ndvo is doing...
 
Dont worry guys.. very soon time will come for each of us to be rejoice and celebrate ! we just got to have faith and believe... (even though it is hard..)

Sometimes I read old posts and I come across some anxious posts of fellow members from few weeks ago who have now received pr and it gives me the strength that our time will also come :)

But I do agree.. its hard not to worry.. at first I was worried about not getting re-medical.. now that we have gotten re-medical.. I worry about ADR or interview..(saw on the spreadsheet that j@de got ADR/interview after re-med and now am worrying about that) so I guess until we have our visas we are just going to keep freaking out :o ::)

Sorry that you got such a disappointing reply from the MP but don't worry about it as that's the standard reply MPs are giving these days. You applied on April 22nd so it was way too early for you to go for MP enquiry. Basically they told you not to bother them before November 2016.
According to the information that we have, it's taking approximately 1 year for cases to get approved. So use that as your motivation and don't get dejected. You can check from the spreadsheet when other April applicants start getting updates and expect your turn accordingly. If by March end other April applicants have received updates but not you then go for notes. And next time it will be better not to approach your MP unless you have your notes in hand and the notes specify that you have passed eligibility and all.

Exactly. There will be concerns unless we have our visas in hand but we just have to be strong.

Guys we are so much better off than 2014 people. It's heartbreaking how long some of them have had to wait. We are still lucky that 2016 started on a good note for our batch. Monday is just a weekend away and God willing we'll have lots of good news the coming week.

I think you are also april applicant like me.. why im worried is I dont have third line medical received in my ecas..(I sent med doc when applying PR),it expires on Feb 9th..so i approached MP for clarity of my status ...but no good...

Ok lets wait and see..
 
i applied for Notes on 5th Jan , i will see if they started anything or not yet as my husband's medical expired in Nov . NDVO is blindly working on March applicant and they left Jan and Feb applicant. :( :( :( :( :( :(

That's bad, they have left you in limbo since Nov. No one knows the pattern.

Hello every1, just an update my wife deposited the passport on 27th Jan in VFS Jalandhar. Today she got a text msg that her passport is dispatched from visa office Chandigarh for VFS Jalandhar through vade courier partner. I googled that vade courier partner and that's blue dart.
