Hi All!
This is my first post in this forum though I have been following it for a long time now.
My timeline is as below
application received : February 18, 2015.
Processing start date: May 19, 2015
Medicals done upfront: December 11, 2014
Remedicals request: December 14, 2015
Remedicals done: December 18, 2015

After that there has been no update I was hoping to get an update at least in a month..
Is this the normal time it should take? Should i apply for notes or wait? I am in Canada on TRV, and have done my remedicals here.

Have u gone through Sputum test . If yes , I think u will not get re-medical request . You will get medical surveillance in which u have to go through X-ray , sputum test in provincial health authority in Canada

hey yes in the first medical in upfront my husband did a sputum test.
which that expired on December 21st 2015.
even if i get the medical surveillance does that mean after he does that test he will receive ppr email or dm?

Welcome to this forum of 2015 applicants.....
Every case is different so unfortunately nothing can be predicted....as u r 19th jan 2015 applicant n done with remeds in mid dec 2015 ....jus wait fr a week...may be u vil get an update or else u shld apply for notes to see the progress on ur file....u may find link to order gcms notes in my signature....keep patiences u r towards the end of the process 8)

Hi Mona8200, It just means you contact your local Member of Parliament to enquire about your file. I hope that helps

Medical Surveillance is something you have to do in Canada . Your timeline is quite normal . Nothing to be panic . Wait for couple of weeks , you will hear good news .

In my view . no point of going for MP enquiry , if timeline is so past , probably it makes sense . I am not sure going for MP enquiry when things are going as per your time line

Even i m going thru this same feeling...
For whole of the time.... we hv been so patient.....but now thiss moment...n these days.....its get too impatient
Every day it feels...like smone hv put some big rock on head...n we hv to move on with tht rock on head.....

this waiting thing is killing me,
i feel as if i am losing my head,
trying my best to keep myself occupied and distracted.

life has come to a standstill point,
no way of going back and can move forward only with ndvo's blessing..........
i know its with all, NDVO should be little more considerate........

i am messaging it here because no one else understands this, and i am sure people here understand the kind of emotional turmoil one is going through........ sometimes its even hard for the spouse to understand............

very true Nabaaf, i dont want to demean anyone's emotions but situation is bad for females especially if u are at ur parents place post marriage. all the bloody uncle and aunties just have one question to ask.........family still understands.........

Well... Im a male applicant... my wife applied for me... guess what we all are facing same situations... as Our Uncle's, Aunties, Neighbours... Friends, their friends.... unknown who come to know about are marriage... keep asking... When r u going... relatives specially ask this question... "Phone-Phoon a janda".... i go nuts by hearing these sort of questions... Like they want to buy flight tickets for us... :-\
but in the end... we have our families and ofcourse.. God... so keep praying... again we all are in same boat...

You are right...my husband goes nuts when people ask him "tu hale gya nhi??" it's like rubbing salt in this wound. I CAN'T believe we've been living apart for more than 1 year. NDVO wake up please
