I don't understand few things on what basis ndvo consider file application date or file transfer date (start date) ..

March applicant are getting answer ... Jan Feb r waiting....
No perticular patter... at least there should be a patterm, a system they follow. ...

Agents said they consider application transfer date as that is when ndvo receive or give us AOR2. .. that is the start date for them...

Looking at this forum it seems to be application date...

Can't understand... nor they let us know how they process..

And we can't ask them

Hello bin roy...
No we dont need to send any remed docs to cic or ndvo....panel physician will do the futher processing,u dont need to worry at all....

Why do they only ask for chest xray? Is it because we didnt do it during our upfront medical?

Medical test are valid for Only 1 year, X-Ray for Tuberculosis has to be done after a year again. They Requested Full Medicals for my wife 1.5 years before we did upfront medicals.
CIC Reference:

Validity : Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you do not come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam. ( Here is your Answer) 8)

My medical will expire on Feb 19th. Is there a chance i won't get remedical and get ppr directly. I went too see my mp and she called the immigration officer and said everytging ia fine. Currently my file is sitting on someone desk since January 18th 2016. But i have not received any updates? Our first anniversary passed already. I feel soo depressed, i cant even concentrate at work and its audit time at work.. Sooo frustrated and depressed

No man...... just waiting because.. I see lot of people on this forum doing that but thinking that it's like throughing stone to bee hive.... as when we do that it slow down the process..

NDVO is known for not responding to mails. But I was pleasantly surprised to get following mail which gives us positive vibes. Will do a follow up with the Physician here tomorrow.
