You're most welcome. You don't need to send anything to NDVO. Everything will be done by your panel physician.

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:
•Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
•Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
•Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)

Thanks Supreet, we are still waiting for our passport from Chandigarh Office as we sent it for TRV before.

Yes we did, they called her for an interview for TRV on this Tuesday and then they said they will return the passport through VFS in 5 -7 working days. Didn't even tell us about the TRV Visa will be given or not
