Take the following documents for your re - medical:

Passport
Photocopy of passport
2 passport photographs
printout of the re - medical email
printout of the form attached in the email
printout of the IMM 5419

according to my observation, it takes minimum of 3 weeks time after re - medical, so you should get something next week,
stay strong, your wait is almost over...........
