got re - medical request today, my earlier meds expires on 18th feb, almost a month is there...........

i needed to ask something, cic has ask for stuff in pdf format do i mail them or will the physician do that...........

here is what it says:

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:
Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)

Congrats and you have also got chest x-ray only ... not full medical . You have to carry your passport .. print out of this email , 2 passport photographs , photo copy of your passport , print out these forms one in attachment and imm5419 from website ( just makes easy not necessary) & photocopy of your last medical ( if you have and going to same place for remedical) .

What do u mean by spreadsheet?what is the benefit of spreadsheet for applicants

Narang they mean the tracking sheet we have in this forum for all the 2015 applicants.. it gives the time line and statistics of most of the people.. assume even if 20% of us update the sheet still we will know which month and which year applications are getting processed.

A Feb 9th applicant here. Yet to receive re-medicals. Is that normal?

I am planning to apply for notes by EOM.
