congratulations to those who at least heard something from NDVO. no offense but i am getting little jealous to . it looks like NDVO totally forgot about Jan and Feb applicant and start processing March applications. my medical expired on Nov 30th. still no remed request or any other response. i did love marriage and attached our communication and photos from last 6 years . i think they know how to torture someone.

Its ok...jealousy comes...but i know its not ny offence...just stay calm....m sure there will be something gud for u guys....jst be patient.....it isnt nyone's fault...nothing can be done dear..... even i was surprised wen i got the request..bcz i wasnt expecting it before 2nd feb. So unpredictable situation with ndvo...

my wife got message and email that passport has been dispatched (which was submitted for TRV) . we already submitted remedical for PR. We don't know yet if TRV is issued or rejected which we'll come to know in a day or two when we receive passport.

Now as remedical is also done, PPR for Permanent residence should be quick to according to Spreadsheet. We have waited long enough and dont want to wait anymore so thinking to call my wife here on TRV if she gets it.

Anyone here who came here on TRV and submitted passport for Permanent residence from canada while on trv?? is it a good idea?? experience members/those who have been in such situations input please.

Hey....
U can submit ur spouse passport at ottawa in canada.
U must change the address and then notify them abt contact info.
And then send the passport to ottawa VO.
N there isnt ny problem at all....as per other fellow members tht i have heard ...tht they will do the landing procedure by doing country out from US.....to canada...n u wont have to come back to india for ny landing procedure as well..
So u can easily do it .. if ur TRV is approved.
So wen u recieve PPR email...they will.mention in that...point no. 4 i think...in that email...u jst need to send to ottawa.
Simple..no issues...

We are not going to wait most probably for PPR in india as there are few candidates who submitted their remedical in Dec first week or so and still haven't heard anything yet. keeping fingers crossed for everyone...

VERY IMPORTANT:

if you guys haven't read my previous posts, please go through it, you would find that i have mentioned already that, even if your spouse in India isn't working, do try for TRV please. we all know how hard it is to wait and we all have been through that.. my wife isn't working since more then a year now and neither she has any travel history ever!! still we got TRV approved.

It's matter of good cover letter explaining them and at most say it doesn't get approved, it's only 6k INR. I'm sure everyone here is more eager to meet their spouse then worrying about that amount. ppl say here not to even try if spouse isn't working and demoralize.. please please try for it. no harm trying!!!
