as i have done my bachelor from India, stayed there for three years. ( an increment in travel history )
about checks here also some people getting their visas within 8-9 months and some are prolonged to 2-3 years.
but as i got re med request so hopefully checks will be done, any comments from ur side will be appreciated!!

usually remed is definitely a positive sign that your checks are finished....all the best ;) i hope you submitted the indian pcc.

this forum is like second home for me, i read posts more often here then on facebook, i wish i get some positive sign in this week..........

yes for sure i have submitted Indian pcc.

Hi Recently I spoke with my lawyer and asked for PCC validity. They told PCC is valid only for 6 months. I know many of us get the re-meds request but Just wanted to know if they have asked for PCC to anyone so far?

I'm in a similar position. Should I get the address change once my spouse is here?
Yess u can surely notify cic about the address change fr ur spouse via case specific enquiry n even writing them email regarding it...though they will not confirm that they hv changed the address info but then u may even apply fr notes to see if necessary changes r made to ur file or not.....
According to me if u n ur spouse have got pervious ndvo communication thru email then address change wont make a big difference as u wont get ppr or remed thru snail mail, hopefully :D
As u r march applicant then hope to hear something soon frm ndvo :D

Cheers :)

according to senior members ....PCC is valid for 1 year.....mostly applicants dont get request fr re-PCC bt in few cases they do ask fr re-pcc...have read such case on 2014 applicant forum.....
Hope this helps

My file is in process status. I'm not working. Shall I apply for tourist visa on my first anniversary?
Should I?

there are high chances of rejection but there are people who got trv without jobs also. so make a strong case for your trv... collect all the docs and apply it. they also check family ties, finances, travel history, purpose of visit.
