wouldnt your sponsor apply for the notes on your behalf?

@ wanted, canadavisa2116 and canadavisa2116: An application can apply in-land or outland while in Canada but the applicant can only apply outland while outside of Canada. Please do NOT apply in-land, yes there is a dangling carrot of the work permit for the applicant but the processing isconsiderably longer - 26 months or more; more over though not official its generally accepted the applicant should not leave the country since a denial of entry means the application is automatically rejected. As you are aware most NVDO cases take 10-12 average which is much quicker. To me it doesnt make sense to apply inland since you already qualify the PGWP you can apply for that and submit an outland application and wait out the processing time here.

As far as I am aware you cannot apply for PGWP and an open work permit which is submitted along with an in-land application.

We will start getting PCC and medical done.
Do we have to send complete package along with PCC and medical for outbound sponsorship app?
Is there any cap on outbound applications?

Try to do the medicals right before sending since its only valid for a year. Yes you have to send the complete package sponsor and application forms together. The new 18 month and the cap mentioned is fairly new and we still dont know for usre.

I have a question. We've seen some cases on the forum here where some applicants whose medicals were still valid got PPR and even visas, but some other applicants whose medicals were also valid for a few more weeks got re-medical request instead.
Is there any reason behind it or is it just random? Could it be that people who got re-medical request inspire of having a good to go medical are maybe working and that's why NDVO gives them some time to sort out their affairs here?

Hello Friends,
I have a situation with my wife's application and will like to get some suggestions how to proceed. My wife had different signature on passport and forms. He signed with her full name (Amandeep kaur)on forms but on her passport she has only First initial and middlname (Akaur). We just noticed it now as we were trying to update the address and I noticed it. Could anyone please let me know how its gonna impact our application? Should I wait till they ask about it or I should send a letter stating the case or an affidavit may be. Any suggestion will be much appreciated.
