Hallo Everyone,
Can any one please tell me, we rcvd receipt or aor2 for the application from CIC Delhi on nov 9th 2015 , in the email they have writter plz submit the proof of RPRF fee and Police verification if not already paid and submitted, but i already paid entire fees and submited police verification upfront. anyone else rcvd same kinda request? what do we do? plz suggest.

The AOR2 mail says that you need to submit these documents if you have not already submitted them. However, my husband sent a copy of the RPRF receipt and a photocopy of my PCC along with a cover letter explaining that the originals have already been submitted in the application number so and so, to the Mississauga office just to be on the safe side.
If you received the AOR2 on 9th November and you haven't responded yet, then it's better not to respond now. They have the originals anyway.

You don't have to resubmit. Everyone gets the same email. No need to resubmit.

HI Guys,
Happy New Year to everybody,
I have quick question its been almost 25 days we submitted the passport for online TRV as we got request for passport submission on 5 Dec and we are still waiting to receive the passport back from CIC Chandigarh office, one of the biggest mistakes we made sent the passport to chandigarh, we should have sent to Delhi, any body else waiting on passport from Chandigarh.

Hello everyone

Did anybody see the new processing time update on CIC's website. It says the sponsor approval wait time is now 10 days and it isn't showing the country specific waiting periods anymore. In turn it just says 18 months! What's up with that? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

-Karan

Hello Friends,

I noticed something new.. CIC is now showing all Outland processing times for Spousal Application as taking 18 months (less 10 days for sponsor approval).

Sorry thread did not allow me to paste link for CIC

Looks like Liberal government is making changes to Immigration.

App filed. 02 Oct 2015
AOR 1 - 04 Dec 2015
AOR 2 - 14 Dec 2015
Ecas - In process 14 Dec 2015
Medical done- 2 Sep 2015

Please add my timelines to spreadsheet.

Thanks

Yaa u r right..must b some changes from 2016. New year starts wid change....great.. may b dis is for fresh applicants..

It is just a theory and there is a very good chance that I am wrong. Anyhow, I think from now on may be they are averaging out the applications and basically sending more applications to visa offices like Sao Paulo etc. with lesser application load. What do you guys think?

Yes it could mean they are averaging out the applicants.

Here is the main thread discussing it
