Hi guys,
I have sponsored my husband in June 2015. I have asked this ques b4 on this forum. I want to go and visit my husband for atleast 2-3 months. But i was told, that since I am PR, it could raise a red flag on my husband's file. Embassy will ask me if i plan to settle in Canada and how i'll support my husband. I am very well aware with this fact now. But my ques this time is.... how will NDVO know that i visited India and stayed with my husband for 2-3 months, if dont tell them at all.
And please tell me in what other way, my visit to India, can harm my husband's application. Please reply guys.

Hi.. I am not an expert to comment on PR part, I ll leave it to the other senior member in group. NDVO will know about you staying in india as they ve the immigration history to their home country. So whn you exit canada they ll now about it. However the question is if they check the immigration history.. This will depend on d immigration officer who is working on your file..

Regarding u coming to India, you have multiple options in canada
1. Reduce d period of stay- one an half to two months is acceptable I guess. Provided u r in job
2. Apply for TRV for your husband. I know rejection rate is high but still you can get TRV if you give proper documentation. Plz go for proper immigration attorney, cover letter, confirmed booked tickets (both up an down ) is important. Good luck. Have a gap of at least 1month before your actual travel date. Many cases decision made comes very late, few cases it's come after one month two weeks also.

Good luck

hi
I am also pr card holder and june2015 applicant,m also planning to go to india for 3 months,i don't think it can raise red flag on my husband file
if its true then this system is disgusting..becoz we want to spend time with our loved ones if ndvo cant issue visa to our partner then we will have to go to india to spend time together

Hello friends
I am a April 2015 applicant and waiting for my wife's visa to canada. My question is:
I want to go visit my wife for 2-3 months in January and want to know what if she gets ppr when im there with her.
Can we come to Canada together or i have to come back by myself in order to prove residency in Canada.
Any answers would be appreciated...
