I don't know whether its true or not,

Yes correct lot can happen in a month. I remember few days back one of the March 6th applicant did MP enquiry an was told back ground check in progress... It means processing is started let's be positive.

I also got notes yesterday I m 4 Feb applicant and ndvo nothing started and some of Feb applicants got remedial and ppr.... these notes are 1 month old.....?

I do want to scare you and hope the delay is because of the pr. But a couple o people I know you you experience the chandigarh office. Their TRV application was finalized in about six weeks aft submitting passport.
