NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

We send the petition of conservative Immigration Minister.
They didn't take any action. Just gave a canned response which is already added to petition.
If atleast 100 more people sign we can give it to new Immigration minster.

i don't know when the shift was made from old to new...my comment was in reference to the feb applicant who got the notes and his file is untouched till now.

I'm a silent member on this form my timelines are applied in Apr 2015 and have signed your petition so that our family will be together soon.

Hope God gets our loved ones close to us as soon as today.

You should send it to CIC and they would consider the same.
 
Hi Guys,

I landed in Toronto this year with PR. Currently employed as well.
I got married in Sep 2015 in India.
I'm trying to apply for my Wife's sponsorship. Could someone help me the below questions....

1. Which all forms do I need to submit with the application ?
2. I got confused if I have to apply for Sponsorship approval first with only Sponsor filled forms and once approved will have to send the rest of the Spouse filled forms.

Hi prasanth
For the forms u must consider the cic.gc.ca site and dowload all the required forms under family class sponsorship category
Fill the forms as per the guidlines given on site and then u hv to submit all the documents along with these forms oncluding applicants and sponsor's forms together.

You dont hv to submit only sponsor's forms.
U need to complete the package forms and submit it will all the supporting docs.

Once the sponsorship is approved...cic will itself send the file of applicant to ndvo where the further processing will continue.

Oh wow. Congrats. When does her medical expires?
 
I have submitted my wife's Sponsorship application in March,2015. Her medicals were expired in Nov 2015.. So, she has done her remedicals proactively to avoid any delays in processing.. just sharing my opinion so that others could be benefitted..
