Hi guys,
A friend of mine applied for her husband, who lives in pakistan in June 2015. She already got PPR. I thought n heard before, that pakistan spousal visa takes time from 28-46 months. But contrary to that, they are getting visa in 6 months. I checked their thread too, most spousal visa are getting approved in 6-7 months. Instead our NVDO shows process time 17 months but its taking too long. Is NDVO sleeping? Or still deciding whether to go for job on odd no. Car or even no. Car. Seriously, this wait is frustrating.
Well, I am June 2015 applicant

What has NVDO to do with odd and even car?
Seems you voted for BJP ;)

Nope. I didnt get to vote since i am in canada. I mentioned the car no.s coz NDVO is in delhi n odd even car no. rule is made for ppl living in Delhi. So the visa officers must be using cars to move to and fro from work

On a serious note, the rule will be applied from Jan 1.

Hi...
Are u working?
If you are working then this reason could be a valid reason for TRv application.
But if u have no job then it might be rejected because i also had the same reason when i applied fr TRV few days bck and due to no job it got rejected.
But followed by all this ...what u asking is tht will it affect ur PR file or not....well its a big NO....bcz these 2 work differently.
Atleast u tried to be with ur spouse. So no issues if u apply n it gets rejected...but yes if many a times TRVs are rejected...that may cause effect at the tym of landing.

Thanks.

God bless

is remed a indication that file is completed or just a computer generated email when it expires ?

you can give a try . but 90% gets rejected . as of nw dec jan going on ..if u wait for 2 mths n order notes u ll b clear

I believe that the procedure is about to end for us soon...may be 2 months or so.
So i think prforme is correct. U must wait and order notes. I will be applying next week or by the end of dec probably.
To be on a safer side try not to apply if u hv no job...bcz possibility of rejection increases.
But do not be sad and keep calm....its really difficult for all the applicants...jst stay strong and wait for another 2-3months.

But at the same time i will not say thatbu cannot apply TRV....if ur says u want to...u can definitely go ahead and its not going to harm anyway.

Just a suggesion...

God bless
