ECAS is back online now.

No change in my status.. God Knows when they make decision. its stupid why we got to wait that long, though they are only giving conditional PR.. it should be way less time in this internet world..

hope it picks up soon.. anyone else got any update from Oct 09 in process batch?? :( :(

Guys,

I realised I have sent all the application material dated Nov27 but forgot to send passport sized pics for my wife ( 6) of them. Though I am just sponsoring her, albeit I sent passport sized photographs of all her siblings/parents.

What shall I do to now so that CIC doesnt return my application?
Please advise

my wife missed out my pics when sending the application, she did send them separately through courier with all the possible information like passport number, family name, date of birth etc... it's been 7 months for me and it shows the file is in process.....my only hope is that they don't ask for the photos when they actually open the file and realise it doesn't have pics and i am hoping that they received the pics and added them to the file

Hello,

Anybody who applied in April 2015 recently got GCMS Notes. Could you please share if any information.

Thank you,

Trin

7 months since your wife sent the application?
Did CIC sent any email stating about missing documents as such?
Which stage are you in currently.?

I tried called CIC today and they said, they might/might not consider the photographs to be a part of your application. So wait till they send an email.

we sent the application in may-2015. the pics were mailed within a week....CIC didn't send any email....the only mail i got from ndvo was my AOR.
the ndvo is currently working on nov-dec-jan files so i am assuming my file is not touched at all. I didn't send my upfront medicals so they sent a mail to my wife stating that the file has been transferred to New delhi with medicals missing.

Hi guys,
A friend of mine applied for her husband, who lives in pakistan in June 2015. She already got PPR. I thought n heard before, that pakistan spousal visa takes time from 28-46 months. But contrary to that, they are getting visa in 6 months. I checked their thread too, most spousal visa are getting approved in 6-7 months. Instead our NVDO shows process time 17 months but its taking too long. Is NDVO sleeping? Or still deciding whether to go for job on odd no. Car or even no. Car. Seriously, this wait is frustrating.
Well, I am June 2015 applicant
