NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hoping for best ...everyone.
I am happy for all the jan applicants who got some updates and hope tht others will get their's too.
Bcz after jan it will be feb and march.
I hope we too get in the queue somewhere soon

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on December 22, 2014.
We started processing your application on April 10, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
 
Hoping to see faster processing in the new year.
 
Hi,

We have applied for Spouse sponsorship visa on September 14,2015.

My husband's sponsorship got approved on November 20, 2015.

They transferred my file to New Delhi visa office and I got my AOR on December 1,2015.

Now the status of my application in ECAS is In Process.

And it says the following,

We received your application for permanent residence on September 14, 2015.
We started processing your application on November 27, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

What will happen next and when can i expect the next communication from CIC?

Is there anyone with the same status.Please help me..

the next part is waiting.....the ndvo is working on nov-dec-jan files......it takes around 10 months for next communication

And waiting is the toughest part.
 
From 2 November am also waiting for PPR request.
File submitted. 12 November 2013

Its all case 2 case basis .. Cant say anything about ndvo
 
My wife is March 2015 applicant. She has been in Canada with me on TRV since 01 March 2015 so NDVO will ask for RCMP clearance. I would like to do it in advance. How to go about it? If any one else has experience, kindly share..

Does anyone know if the spouse is in Canada on TRV and PPR is received, does the applicant need to go back to the home country? Is there a provision passport can be submitted while in Canada?

Hi, no need to go back to India, on the letter it is stated where to submit your passport if you are in Canada. :)
 
CIC website down, hopefull to see any update soon.. March 2015 applicant still waiting for DM. IP on Oct 09,2015
