Thank you for very much for simplifying it. It helped a lot.

This is a very frustrating process and it's hard to get answers. The page helps a lot. I just hope they speed up the process. I don't know why they needed to make the process time so long. It's just doesn't make sense. Before spouses were coming in 3 to 4 months and now it's just frustrating.

i would suggest you to go through new delhi-2014 forum...there is a lot of info there. it gives you a better picture of how the ndvo works.

hi, i am the sponsor, the only things my representative send me the initial letter they i am eligible for SA and after eight days i got another letter stating the application number of the sponsered person, i never received any UCI, keeping my fingers crossed, is this a normal thing not getting UCI.

that initial letter eligible for SA has the sponsor UCI and the file#...usually they generate a UCI as soon you submit applications like visitor visa or PR. I had the same UCI when i first submitted for a TRV even before i started the spouse PR process.

My application was received in Mississauga, September 21st.

I just got a letter dated November 30th saying I meet eligibility requirements as a sponsor and application forwarded to New Delhi .

ECAS - says "In Process " for both Sponsorship Application and PR Application.

When I click the " In Process" ,it has two lines for of info

We received application to sponsor ABC on Sept 21
We started processing Nov 9th

We received application from ABC on Sept 21
Medical results received.

Hello, is there any one who sponsored their spouse from Quebec ?
My timeline is like follow:

Application received: 1st May, 2015
Sponsorship Approval: 13th Aug, 2015
Application received by NDVO: 24th Aug, 2015
CSQ Received: 24th Sept, 2015

Since then its In Process. No further communication. I know they send the CSQ to NDVO. Do i have to send it again ?
I have 2 copies:
1 - REQUÉRANT
3 - IMMIGRATION-CANADA

Any one with similar timeline ?

Wait for some time they may send you re-medical resquest by end of feb or first week of March. So wait why hurry so much hurry...

From Application Date. One of my friend applied on April 25,2014 and she got her visa in the first week of December. Other friend applied in March 2014, got his visa in November. If your file is straight forward, it should not take more than 8 or 9 months

Cud u please tell me what is straight forward case?
