If your current medical is done within the last 12 months (which I see is the case for you) then you are good. Your spouse does not need fresh medicals.

i will suggest you to take professional advise from some expert lawyer. As per my knowledge switching to new job or being jobless for couple to some months doesn't effect your case once sponsorship is approved. But as a sponsor you have undertaken that you will be responsible for the living expenses of your husband for 3 years whether he had job or not and if you will start studying you will also be dependent on some one (your husband in your case ) so it may be bit tricky. Moreover 90% of cases NVDO don't ask to update any sponsor documentation after SA and you don't need to update this to NVDO until or unless they ask for anything. still the best i will suggest you to start your studies next year when your hubby gets PR don't take any risk. :)

All the best for each and every one.Hope NDVO expedite the process.

lol, its 5 months :) and also even 3 year undertaking is signed, in case ur spouse will go to welfare during this 3 year term, Govt will just make arrangements to deduct the amount from your salary once you will be receiving or they will ban you to do another sponsorship until unless you pay the owing amount :)

God Bless

Hi Guys,

I sent my spousal sponsorship application to MISSISSAUGA office, on 20th Nov.

However, i have still not received any email confirmation of this.

Is this normal? or i would receive notification only after sponsor verification?

Thanks,
Pranay.

Hi, it will take 20 to 30 days to get confirmation mail from CIC and 64 days to get SA approval.
