I have not mentioned my BHUA JI (My Aunt, BLOOD RELATIVE) while filling study visa application I had travelled/lived in Canada on study visa in past year 2009, and I have not again filled in our spouse application Bhua (My AUNT, BLOOD RELATIVE) in the column where any blood relative in Canada has been asked. Can NDVO ask me reason for not declaring my AUNT if someone or 3rd person complaint to NDVO about this. My AUNT was present in our wedding ceremony in INDIA. Can someone help me ?

ssa ,i dont think this is going to be a matter of concern to them nor they have time to inquire about ur relative which u hvent mentioned in application,if ur worried too much about they will ask then u can say i m not in touch wd them due to personnal issues after marriage. even i hvent not mentioned mine ones , ehne v cbi ale ni o jo pta lag je viah di pic dekhke ki ah teri anty canda ali a

After approx. 35 days of CIC-Mississauga receiving your application, you should be able to check the application status on ECAS with the sponsor's UCI#. You can find the UCI# on your landing paper when you came as a PR (if you are not citizen by birth).

Hi,
NDVO send a request letter for re medical and PCC if required.

regds.

Thanks for your response. I guess i will just inform them I am here in Canada for more than 6 months and wait if they need anything.
My only concern that it would delay my application further if they request PCC later. So, was thinking if providing it upfront is the better option.

Hello guys,

I am sponsoring my wife from India and hopefully CIC and NDVO will process applications faster this time.
Hopefully new Liberal Government will make it easier to sponsor spouse :D :D :D :D

I sent my application on 8th Oct 2015 through Canada post and it was received by CPC Mississauga on 13th Oct 2015 but i have not received 1st AOR yet. Any idea how long it takes to get 1st AOR? and who actually gets the AOR email - Sponsor or Spouse?

I will appreciate if you can answer my question? ;D ;D

Hi, Good luck to you :), normally for AOR 1, it will take 30-40 days and for SA its 63 days. After getting your SA in next 10-15 days you will get AOR 2.

AOR 1 and SA mails are for Sponsor and AOR 2 is for principal applicant.
