NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hi Everyone, just wanted to enquire if anyone has applied after April 2015 and has received their PR Visa in Canada. I am sponsoring my spouse from India and we received our file number in June 2015 and medicals have been received too but there hasn't been any updates since then. Anyone has any suggestions on how to reach CIC through emails or something please respond.

HI, its too early for April-June 15 applicants, CIC/NDVO is still working on 2014 applications.

my advice is to apply notes next month end to check the stages your file passed.

Does AOR2 from NDVO for all the applicants has request for PCC and RPRF? How long after AOR2 and "in process" status, will it take to go to "DM" and receive PPR email? Anybody with similar situation, please reply.

Hi, if you read the mail "if not already paid" is written with PCC and RPRF.

From file transfer date (AOR2) as per CIC timelines for ND it is 17 months process

i need help. i applied for notes on November1st , i forgot to add my id in that. yesterday i got an email from atip something but my stupid phone i deleted it. i could not find that from my trash emails. what should i do?

But When I applied PR I attached my eMedical original sheet and I have not received any decision letter from CPCM for Medicals

My file transferred to Delhi on June 29th 2015.

I am really confused.

Pls clarify.

Hi check your personal message. sent you my email address.

When you send any change request to NDVO/CIC, you must write a letter and sign it. send them a scan copy of your signed document, only after they will update the information.
normally they update the information in the files but will not respond you. You can confirm the changes by ordering notes after 30-45 days of your change request.

Thanks PGU for your feedback. I have sent numerous requests to NDVO via email and the online tool but no feedback. Now I understand why. I don't want to change the address but just the email address as they have entered a wrong email address for my spouse. I will send a sign copy for the change. By the way, I didn't get your pm on this with your email. I called the CIC helpline and they mentioned the email will suffice.

I would suggest emailing them quoting the reference number you were given when you applied for notes. Explain what happened and also give them the info that they need. Use ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca to email them.

As far as I know, when NDVO request for a passport after decision has been made, it is required for the applicant to be present within the country to submit their passport.
