Hello everyone

ECAS status still shows application Received.

So but I am still waiting for AOR 2.

So is that right that cic already checked All Documents in Canada and then sent it to New Delhi.

I am so confuse about my AOR 2 bcz I checked spreadsheet all candidates got their AOR 2 within a week or 10 days.
When I will be receiving my AOR 2.

Please guide me.

Any Oct 2015 applicants?
I'm one and would like to be in touch over this long process.

Best wishes to everyone!

Hi..

You will receive your AoR 2 this week probably.. My wife received AoR 2 by post. It was 10 days after SA letter from CIC Mississauga(SA-13th July & AoR2-23rd July).
So don't worry you will receive something this week.

Regards,
Vishal

I wasn't talking about PPR/DM. I know that they haven't finished Sep./Oct. 2014.
Bhavesh just wanted to order notes to see if they cleared Eligibility which I suggested not to do right now.

They are stuck in the Re-medical loop. If NDVO wants to escape it, they need to start processing Dec. applicants now. If they don't then well the re-medical loop will not end and eventually everyone will have to go through it.

Donno wtz the strategy of NDVO

1. To assure every one goes thru remed loop

2. To filter files acc to medical expiry n process them first not as per FIFO

There is hardly any transparancy in the working process of NDVO . Only GCMS gives a little bit idea over the status of that particular applicant , not as a whole .

Even If the process is long , there is no worry , but they should have kept .. If wait exceeds 10 mths, they can go by TRV till remaining process is done

Hi Prforme, did you applied for notes yet?

God Bless

Hi everyone, I was looking at the 2014 thread and someone that applied October 24/14, just got a decision made on October 21/15!!! I don't understand NDVO's system because that file showed in process August 2015 and two months later they got decision made. Could this mean they are speeding up? Most of us got in process October 9 so maybe we might get a decision made by December. I don't think it matters when we applied because even people that applied later in 2015 (like in the summer) they got in process too. Hmmmm its a strange system. Anyway, happy waiting.

Hello August applicants
I applied for my spouse on August 14 and I got my SA on October 16 they wrote in SA letter that they have already forwarded my file to local visa office NewDelhi but still 10days I am waiting for my AOR 2.

Any August 13, August 14 or other applicants got their AOR 2 .

I am confuse .

Please guide me .

I just want to know that how does the AOR 2 works.

Does that mean CIC checked every single documents in Canada and then send it to local office? Right.

The current full processing time is 17 months and they are still averaging 8-10 months for straight forward cases so the time is taking from you get your AOR2 - this has not changed.

Manreetgill from the 2014 Applied on October 24,2014
Started processing on 5feb,2015
IN process 17august,2015
Got re-medical step 1,2015
Passport request 15 October,2015
Visa approved 21 October,2015
DM on 21 October 2015

So they processed the file from Feb 5th 2015 through it went IP only on Aug 17th; newer applicants are getting IP from the AOR2 date so you take 8-10 months from the AOR2.

For you, you would take 8-10 months from 26th June, 2015 so you should hear back in March/April 2016.

then y r not all oct getting ppr/dm

I think it is just random, but the 8-10 months seems pretty accurate for straight forward files. Hang in there it looks like they finally woke up in Delhi! End of the year 2014 files are getting decision made. If I got an ok for being a sponsor, are they just looking at the permanent resident now? for example I heard the interview happens if you've been married before or if they think something doesn't seem right and they have questions about the relationship. My husband has never been married. Chances are we won't get the interview call? I've been married twice before and I provided divorce certificates, should I be fine or will they interview us based on my previous marriage history? This is all so confusing. Also if the PR side says medical records received do I have to worry about our medical being expired? We are due to expire this month.
