Hi All, first post in this forum. I'm preparing documents for an outland spousal sponsorship.
Need to apply for PCC through delhi police's online website. One of the requirements says that attach a letter from the agency which needs the PCC.

I don't think the Canada consulate in Delhi will provide such letter, or even the office in Mississauga here.

Can I just attach the document checklist instead ?
Has anyone else used their online service, please let me know if just the checklist would be enough or any other document.

Will appreciate any help. Thanks.

I just checked my status it says IN PROCESS. Please update in speardsheet. Thanks!

Hello everyone,
Here is my timeline.
I m July 2015 applicant.

Hello Guys,

I need your help. My spouse's application went in process in ECAS on Oct 09, 2015. We had ordered GCMS notes and noticed that my wife's email address is wrong on the file. We have sent multiple emails to NDVO and the case specific online tool to change the email address but with no confirmation of the change. I have a few questions:

1. Does "In process" mean that there will be no further document request?
2. How does NDVO send DM and PPR notifications, email or mail or both?
3. Now that SA is complete. Will I as a sponsor get any emails on her PR application?
4. Is there anyway I can change email address? I have tried emailing to NDVO and using online case specific tool.

Thanks a lot in advance

Also one strange thing, there is no update on the medical report on ECAS. Is it odd?

1. IP means the file is in process and it means just that. Its in queue to be reviewed or is being reviewed and if the officer requires additional information they will contact you
2. Usually its via email but sometimes its also in the mail
3. After getting the SA confirmation its all about the applicant now. If there is additional information or any other request the applicant will be contacted
4.I am not sure if we got an automated email or saw it in the case specific tool it saying any changes might not be reflected on ECAS and you will not be notified but the change will be made to the file. We send a change for address and didnt any notification nor was it updated on ECAS but when we had ordered the notes it was mentioned address change request received and implemented (we saw the current address was updated)

Hi
I will share my experience regarding PCC ...we had email delhi so many tyms for letter frm them to be attached with pcc application bt we never got any reply so finally we took online appointment frm mumbai office ....we had attached all documents frm check list ,letter frm sponsor mentioning that we need pcc as v r going to apply fr spouse sponsrship, marriage cert,pr card copy, health card....application was accepted and pcc was issued :)
So basically according to me u dont need any letter frm agency or immigration office....
I hope this info helps u
Good luck
