Is there anymore Jan 2015 applicants :-[ :-[

my time line also change in e-case

1.We received your application for permanent residence on January 5, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on April 10, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.

If u go to 2014 forum, even the Oct. Applicants haven't gotten DM/PPR. Then they will go to Nov. Then Dec. And then Jan. Hopefully fast as Christmas approaches, the delay gets longer due to holidays.

Mine is same as yours

Well, technically Jan-March applicants should be in process. For years ndvo processing times were 16 months but 90 percent of the files were completed within 7-9 months. So I believe, some of the applicants files may be moving towards completion. Good luck to every one.

Hi Shiv,

Technically you have to be in Canada while the application is in process since one of the requirement for sponsoring is to be a resident of Canada. I believe a month or so should be fine. If you stay for long, you could lose your residency status. That being said I have a few friends who were in India for a long time and they didn't have any issues. Hopefully tis helps.

I guess everyone is changing to the new system NDVO has going on. Now everyone has IP. Mine does not say Medical received, Meds were done May 25, 2015. Everything was sent upfront. Should I be worried about this . ?

similar situation.. Medicals done upfront.. But I could c only 2 lines in ECAS.

2.We started processing application on June 26, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.

It looks like lots of people have seen a recent change to in process. Its so hard waiting! They said they started process my file husbands file on June 26, but just recently I've seen the status change from AR to IP. How do I know if my husband will have an interview?

They are gonna send a notification in mail about logistics of the interview.
Also, there are around 180+ interview questions in spreadsheet of 2014 new delhi applicants forum. You should check it out!

Thank you! I have read that some interviews are waived, do we find that out through the mail also? Or can we see that on line where we check our status?
