Also feel free to check the letter I sent in along with my application. This letter also lists all the documents I attached. I wish you good luck!

thanks jsingh for referring to the letter. I read it and honestly who would have the heart to reject trv application after reading that :) I am surprised they did not give her PR directly :) thanks!

I think her enrollment in education has played a critical role. education or full-time job with leave grant letter are quite strong.

Hi all experienced people ,

I am getting married in jan 2016 . i am pr of canada....i want to bring my wife over to canada.
What are the chances of getting of visa provided she is not doing any job

1) I am thinking to apply visitor visa before marriage for her ? what is the chance of getting it provided she is not working .
2) what if i apply visitors visa after getting sponsorship application AOR2 (file being transferred to local office)

3) if anything does not work i am planning to move india after filing sponsorshop application for her and getting AOR2 (file being transferred to local office) . will it be a problem , if i relocate to india once our application starts processing

Please suggest any other options to bring her to canada

Hi,

You can apply visitor visa any time (before marriage or after marriage), the thing is you have to show strong bindings to India and for that Job plays a very sound role. Before marriage person can show family ties too but Family bondings can't play the role after marriage because person has to move to Canada after getting PR.

Try to arrange a job experience certificate from some where.

Even in case you apply visitor visa after AOR2 you need a job letter.

Hope this will give you some idea.
