NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

One person from 2014 went In-Process but his notes say nothing started yet.

Im a December Applicant, My file status changed to InProcess on August 9th i have applied notes on August 13th and Got my notes today.

Eligibility - Not started
Security - Not started
Criminality - Not started
Medical - Passed
Under Each of this Section, I do see a Due Date which is 09/March/2016
Does it mean these steps will be completed only by 2016 Huh

I am august applicant and sent my file to mississauga for spouse visa on 16th Aug , 2015. Can anyone give me the idea when i will get the confirmation mail from CIC and AOR1?
Please help....

I had ordered for the notes too, however I was charged 34 CAD. the name on the sheet was Valery Gulyaev - Is that right, did anyone go through this

it now says i have to wait 45 days which would be nov 20, I had sent my applciation to missisauga on dec 29 and got SA in march 2015 and AOR2 on april 2015.

Its been a year almost!!

Yes its me, I have my Application filed during Dec 12. and Status changed to Inprocess on August 9. what i'm hearing is these inprocess are not really means that NDVO working on the files. Sorry to discourage or Demotivate anyone. Its all done through cycle. So right now NDVO is working on September and October, and most of the applicants are getting remedical request.
 
March 9,2015 applicant from india. AR/MR status on timeline.
Sponsorship cleared on 14th May. File transfered to New Delhi on 21 May,but no status change.
Kindly guide me through this.
When can i expect my visa?

looks like we have similar timelines. I am still AR/MR. I hope we don't have to go for re-medical.
 
Well i just saw someone saying...25 march file got in process on june 2...m amazed...it totally skipped our files...
Really confused about the procedure being followed.

March 25 file have been in process on june 2...amazed to know that they totally skipped the files. Don't know wat's the scene

Yeah no one knows the procedure. Everyone's just guessing it. I would be nice to know what's the best time to apply for notes for us at least.

I think good time would be once per month after you have completed 6 months. ;D

Wait you paid 34$ to order the notes? Did you use a third party?

I had posted this in the 2014 thread:
FYI
DONT USE https://gcmsnotes.ca, its not part of the government or affiliated to it and all government websites end with gc.ca
This is a third party who scam people for something we can do ourselves take this for example taken from their website
"All information requests submitted directly from GCMSnotes.ca are $40 US."

As others have said as your wife to fill the consent form sign, scan and send it to you. You will then apply on behalf and pay $5

They have not skipped your files or anyone's. They are working on Nov./Dec. 2014 applicant. So just have patience once they cross Jan./Feb. 2015 then you will go In-Process.

Generally, you should order notes only after going in-process. If you order before that then it will just say "Not Started" for all categories.

Currently file status, it shows from New Delhi as 'Application received'.

Can you please let me know, when can I expect my file in-process status.
