Application : May 14 , 2015
AOR1 : June 17, 2015
SA : July 13, 2015
AOR2 : July 23, 2015
Status : AR/MR received

Hi folks,

I was looking the spreadsheet for 2015. I noticed that most the AOR2 for people who applied from Jan to March fall in the months of APRIL & MAY.
People who applied at end of MARCH & APRIL have got AOR2 mostly end of MAY and JUNE.
I am hoping once they start 2015 it will be more faster. As most AOR2 are concentrated in those tow months.

I have some questions for Senior members regarding my file situattion.
This is regarding my wife file.

1) File received in Mississuaga on Oct 7,2014.

2) Dec 12, 2014 file was transferred to New Delhi. (AOR1)

3) Jan 9,2015 File was received at New Delhi. (AOR2)

4) Wife medical expired in June 2, 2015.

I have not heard anything since then. It has been close to 8 months and no updates from New Delhi visa office. Is this normal ? How long do i have to wait till i hear anything from them?

1) What are the notes? Is it a good idea to ask for notes and how will i do that?
2) By doing any sort of communication with New delhi visa office...can it affect my processing time or delay it further?

My laywer made it clear that i should not communicate with New Delhi visa office because it can delay the process.

I might be the first person on this website but this website doesn't contain even 5% of applicants. Hopefully everyone get ppr within 7-8 months of application.

You are the second one. It has been trend now they NDVO will pick up few files even 3-4 months ahead of other files. Maybe they do categorize the files based on how simple the case or some other reason like they want to clear few percentage under 7 months or so.

Hi all,

I sent my file to Mississauga office on 29th June, and the received it on 30th June,

I got AOR 1 on 30th July......since then thre is no reply from Cic.......can anyone help.....when can I receive SA done and AOR 2.

Will b thankful.

U could update the timeline once u r done with 10 posts in this forum..

And regarding SA, it takes a month aftr aor1 as of now.. I am july 3rd applicant and no SA yet.. hope this helps.. :)
