Hi everyone,
My timeline: Application filed: june 23,2015
SA recieved: Aug 24, 2015
File status is "In Process". Is it reql or the NVDO is just giving us lollipop? How can it be IP in just few days? While 2014 applicants r still waiting for their turn

Its highly unlikely they skipped almost a year and started processing June/Aug 2015 and it looks like its not just for NDVO - check on the main forum
Might just be a new process or a glitch

Hi All,

I applied for m wife's immigration in June and Today online status says "We started processing XXXX's application on August 10, 2015." It is highly unlikely but if they have speed up the process, it will be great.

I filed my wife's application in May 8, AOR July 13, IP Aug 25 (Started processing on July 10).

What is the possibility that NDVO has split applications into post April 2015 and pre April applications and process it simultaneously. May be this is the reason that May, June and July applicants are getting In Process status. If I am not wrong, in the past they used to change status to IP after application was received by NDVO. This also makes sense if you look at the processing time which has nearly doubled since 2014. Please leave your comments.

Nah, I doubt thats the case. They can't just skip so many months ahead and start working on other applications right away. We will know more about it in coming weeks.

My own guess is that in coming weeks, everyone will be in process. They are just changing every status to IN process starting backward.

The only In process that means anything right now would be Oct/Nov/Dec people.

I agree as well Its highly unlikely they skipped an entire year or more and started processing applications but we will know for sure soon if any of the newer applicants gets PPR. Also its not just for NDVO other visa officer applicants are also IP.

Hi all,

Here's what my CIC applicaiton status says when I checked today:

We received your application for permanent residence on June 17, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 21, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

We have the exact same timeline man. Did you get AR2 from NDVO yet?

Dear All,

Kindly help/give info.

Stage 1 CPC-M

We received your application to sponsor null XXXXXX on March 9, 2015.
We started processing your application on April 17, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on May 7, 2015 about the decision on your application.

Stage -2 NDVO
Permanent Residence

We received null XXXXX application for permanent residence on March 9, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

I waited till May 25 to receive correspondence through regular mail and When I contacted cic call centre, They confirmed nothing has been sent to me So I received my confirmation of SA via email that my application is forwarded to NDVO on June 2, 2015.

Question #1 : Is it common not to receive AOR from both CPC-M, NDVO (Should I be concerned for that?) Also What should I consider my SA date the one mentioned online for May 7th or the date on which I received my SA approve through email which is June 2,2015?
Question #2 : How long does it usually takes NDVO to give AOR?
Question #3: Is it a good Idea to email NDVO to ask for status update?

Many thanks in Advance

Is your sponsorship approved yet? if not your inprocess is for sponsorship approval. It going to take a long time for your file to reach NDVO.

I am assuming that on August 21, 2015, it is being processed by the NDVO. Based on other's application, my wife can be with me in about 8-9 months ie April or May 2016?

Thanks for any help.

Have you got AOR2? Please share complete timeline preferably in profile section so that everyone knows what you are talking about.
