NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hello Folks,

I got married on 4th September 2014 and My husband is a PR holder. Before submitting the Application I got my medicals done around 2nd week of September 2014 and I received my Police Clearance in end november 2014. After Gathering and arranging all the documents in a proper order, I sent the entire application to my husband on the 3rd week of December and he also enclosed his documents along with the fee receipt where we paid the entire amount of 1040$. My husband got his SA on 13th March 2015 and exactly one month later I received my AOR2 on 13th April and since then, there is no change in status. The status only shows ' We received your application for Permanent Residence dated 31st December 2015' Now my medicals will expire in September. So should i get my medicals redone or is there any chance that it can be extended to 3 months. the same applies to Police Clearance as well (Regarding Police Clearance I am not sure if it is valid for only a year if someone could guide me here).

Is anyone's medical expiring in September and is anyone planning to get it redone ?

I feel completely lost here as to when Am I likely to know the third step which is passport request. Anyone along with me sailing in the same boat and in the same date as mine.

No need to do re-medical. CHC will inform you if you need to do medical again.

It is sufficient to submit pages which have data in them, visas, stamps and your first and last page

Tourist visas are getting processed in Bangalore

Not All TRV processed in Bangalore. It depends upon the territory and the work loads.

my time line is same as most of june 2015 guys have
applied 16 june 2015, SA done status is still in process
got aor 2 on 24/aug/2015 from NDVO
status is IP & thats weird
MR Received by them & they have started processing my file on 21/aug/2015

any January 2015 applicants get IP yet?

A 31Dec2014 applicant got IP on 29Aug, so I am guessing we will see some January 2015 files go IP in September.

File status is "In Process". Is it reql or the NVDO is just giving us lollipop? How can it be IP in just few days? While 2014 applicants r still waiting for their turn

Its just a new procedure NDVO is following. Its not really in process.
In other words, everyone from June and July 2015 are getting In Process as their SA or AOR2 date.

Here's what my CIC applicaiton status says when I checked today:

We received your application for permanent residence on June 17, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 21, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

I am assuming that on August 21, 2015, it is being processed by the NDVO. Based on other's application, my wife can be with me in about 8-9 months ie April or May 2016?

Yes. That's correct. Unless NDVO starts processing faster.
