NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Indeed Applications been processed very fast at NDVO.
1.One of my relative from Punjab filed application in May 2014 and got visa in November 2014.
2. One friend Applied in February 2014 and got Visa in December 2014.
I wonder if NDVO really taking 16 months or it is just on papers.
Very Hard for Newly married couples to live apart ,when initial phase of marriage is most beautiful time .
 
hi NDVO is taking now 16 months time for spouse visa . that's really bad for newly married couple.
Is there any alternative way means can we apply for visitor visa for my spouse????? after applying for immigration.

pls suggest. whats the alternative way....
really frustrating that 16 months timeline after marriage !!!!

You can apply for visitor visa!

Alternatively, visit your spouse in India every 6 months.
 
Hi people, I am stuck with a few minor but important questions and am hoping you guys can help:

1. In the document checklist for Sponsor (IMM 5491) under # 19 it asks "If you must meet the minimum income requirement" then you have to provide some documents. My question is - what is the minimum income requirement? Also, for rental income, it gives an example of "evidence" - "statement of real estate rentals" - what exactly is this?

2. In the India specific guide, Appendix A, #2 - they require some documents for any family member who is a Canadian citizen or PR - now if my wife has a sister who is a PR already - do we need to provide her information? Or by family do they mean just husband and wife?

3. In the India specific guide, Appendix A, #8 - you are supposed to provide photos of your "family" - again who is family according to them - just husband and wife or mother, father, sister, brother?

Medical is only Valid for a year, even if you apply in few month it shouldn't be a problem. Just that if it seems like that it will be taking beyond the expiry date for your Medical, they will ask you to do re-medical. Most cases it takes about a month to send application after medical.

From 2014 thread, they are working on Sept./Oct. Applications (filed).
They have not started even December ones yet.

Yesterday I saw an update on Ecas regarding AOR1 and they recvd application. As I didn't submit my wife's medical upfront but I would like to submit now. How would I do that by en email or mail?

Wait to receive SA or AOR2 and then send it. Send it by Mail to Delhi office.

It is the maximum time. 16 months. It could be lesser depends on your case. If NDVO finds your case genuine and your file completed then your case can be completed in lesser time. Hope so may b in 8-10 months after AoR2.
 
I need urgent help.. plz sir help me. Online my home address is showing which is now changed due to some reason. so where should I email to inform NDVO regarding my change in home address.
