Visitor visa extension from within Canada

Dear friends,
My wife is March 2015 applicant (NDVO) and is currently with me here in Canada on TRV (multiple entry). She entered Canada on 01 March 2015 so 6 months will expire on 31 August 2015. I will appreciate if some one can share his/her experience on how to extend Visitor Visa from within Canada, Online or hard copies?

Thanks in advance and best wishes to everyone waiting for their PR.

Cheers..

I am not sure if my advice is correct because I sent my PCC upfront. Since you need to send original PCC, please rectify the address I am sharing. However, on my AOR2, I sent a copy of PCC as well as fee receipt on the address from below link. Hope it helps. Wish you luck.

I am new to this thread.

My VO is New Delhi and my sponsorship application was approved on 8th May and there is still no update on AOR2. On ECAS there is this message

"We received MANALI AVINASH MALWADE's application for permanent residence on March 13, 2015."

and the status is APPLICATION RECEIVED.

I have been seeing this message since I first applied. I am not sure how AOR2 is communicated. NDVO applicants please comment

You will get AOR2 via email. Generally, you get AOR2 within 15 days after receiving SA. Wish you luck

Two things:

The application received is not going to change unless you go IP which could take 7-9 months from the time they receive the file

AOR2 is communicated mostly by email to the applicant in India; I say usually since people have got it in the mail. Double check your email and if you didnt receive it there is nothing to be alarmed since we have also seen people not receiving the AOR2 and they go directly to IP but you are be sure that if you got your SA then the file is transferred to the VO as mentioned in your SA mail.

It's better to apply once NDVO touches your file. Eg. Now NDVO is processing Aug/Sep 2014 files.

Adivced to apply early if your Sponsorship approval is delayed..... and you need to request info about the sponsor and sponsorship.

How to apply GCMS / ATIP notes.

Only a person who is in Canada can request the notes.
If principal applicant is in Canada, he/she can request for himself and apply for free under Privacy Act.

If sponsor is requesting it on behalf of Principal applicant, you need consent form from PA and $5 fee. You can receive consent form from spouse thru email and upload it. Apply under Access to Information Act.

It takes about 30 days to receive by email. It is a ~30 pages document

Consent form link

Employment letter, but she is a housewife. Good financial and property documents may help. My wife was working when she applied for her TRV.

They gave me 5 yrs multiple entry n cancelled my trv again
