anyone knows how long it would take after file created in delhi
recieved aor2 on 25th may

Not sure if CIC divides files this way, but I noticed in the 2014 forum that these options plus foreign travel history made a difference in the processing time once the file went into in process stage.

Yes, I have left these fields optional, if anybody wants to fill them out to get an in depth look as to how the files are doing they can fill it out.

8-10 months if your file is not complicated.
 
My wife (PA) received an email with attachment from NDVO. In the attachment, NDVO mentioned that they have created a file number (same number as before during Sponsorship) and asked form fees and PCCs. We have submitted fees and both at the beginning.

I guess this is AOR2. and I believe that we have to email them suggesting those documents and fees are already submitted, right?

Congrats and yes its the AOR2. At this point you dont have to submit or notify them if you have already submitted the docs.

Depends where you are and what you want to know.

if you are outside Canada then no.
If you are in Canada and

1. If you just want to know if your application package has been reached, then they wont entertain you.

2. If your processing time is taking more than the mentioned processing time, then you can Contact at 1-888-242-2100

Also, you can use the same number from within Canada, if you have a or some unique situation(s).

HI,

I am October applicant and received my AOR2 on December but i did not receive any thing yet and it has been 8 months no updates :(

After you get your AOR 1, you get your sponsor approval in next 10-15 days. Your file than gets transferred to New Delhi in next 2-3 weeks, principal applicant would get an email from New Delhi that they have received the file and would also contain a UCI no. Once your file reaches New Delhi you would have to probably wait for about 5-6 months before your file goes for an initial review, if all is well with your application and the visa officer doesn't have any doubts related to your relationship proofs, you would get your visa in next 1 month if your medical is still valid.

For checking your status you can use either the sponsor's UCI no., DOB and surname or the principal applicant's UCI no. (which you get once file reaches New Delhi), DOB and surname.
