i already apply for notes 3rd April , waiting for reply , but I don't understand I send so much proofs that our marriage is genuine , what they want , most of the arrange marriages are fake , but they come very easily , which is not fair .

Dear,

we can understand your frustration but if you are not getting any update that doesn't mean arrange marriages are fake and love marriages are real. if you had provided enough proofs then wait for notes you will know that what they are thinking about your case. please share positive views not negative thoughts..

Does sending additional proofs by courier to NDVO (boarding passes ,photographs )without request delay the application .

I'm 12 May 2015 Applicant no updates......

Notes ordered courtesy senior members (provided me link)

it depends on the visa officer. But never send anything without any request from them. If they have doubt or missing they will ask us first. In my case, they want to see more marriage photos and they sent us an email for that.

I can understand what you are gping through. I am June applicant and also went india in feb n thought that i'll bring my husband along with me to Canada. But.... Had to come alone. Reallt depressing situation we June applicants are facing. I wake up every morning to check any ppr mail. I wish this wait to get over now. Enough of separation

Hello everyone....
According to me Neither love nor arrange marriage is vulnerable in this process whereas neither love or arrange marriage are fake....if something is fake thn it shld not be called as marriage in true sense as those r jus marriage of convience fr the sake of some or the other benefit fr either of the party......
If u hv presented ur case properly with all the sufficient supporting documents thn i dont think it makes any difference fr this process on this basis....as far as i hv read on this forums ,i hv never read any discrimination abt either of the type of marriage during this process frm any member on this point....
We r surely frustrated at emotional level bt waiting fr our correct time to come is only the solution for our present situation.....hannggg inn ppl...we all vil hv that happy day of receiving ppr email sooner or later .........keep praying hard.....god bless all of us.....

if you have travel history then yes it takes time in some of the cases.

they will start with eligibility first and if they satisfied and your medical already expired then they will send you re-medical request first.

Is it possible to apply for TRV to Canada ,actually my sister in law getting married in Vancouver ,it's last marriage in our family and my In laws want me to be there atleast for few days to attend ceremony with my wife .

I spoke to my HR (company ) I will get NOC letter and approved leaves on company letter head .

Is it possible to get visa approved as my Pr application also in process .

Should I apply or not ,because I'm sure the genuine help and advise I can get here .

Some consultants say you can not apply for TRV because you already applied for Spousal visa .

This forum has been so helpful so i just wana update you all. My husband is Sept 2 2015 applicant file transfered NDVO Nov 06 2015 and got a decision made today April 23 2016. Medical expires in July No ppr yet. Location Punjab.

wow September applicant got it already..congrats! was it a special case? i heard someone got here in under 6 months cuz she had ilets, knew French, and had done couple other things that might have caused her case to fly through?

As I have filed my application through immigration lawyer. After I visited my wife in January I was told to send my previous trip proof to ndvo by my lawyer but I didn't do it because senior members recommends not to send without asking.

Seniors can advise!

You may be able to apply for trv.make sure you apply for a week or so for the wedding which will make it easy for you to be granted with a trv .and as you know any visa validity from ca is at least 6 months.ty

I would suggest you to wait .nvdo will ask for more oroif if they are not satisfied with whatever they have ut on file...ty

Her marriage is in August 2015 ,so it means I should apply end of July .....
