Are there any cases of Indian spousal sponsorship outland application being sent to Mississauga or Ottawa? Or 100% of them are sent to New Delhi?
i am just confused did the officer ask if the sponsor visited or how would they know that you never visited him? what original documents did they ask to submit??manveer said:hello,
my husband got call today from NDVO. he asked my husband questions related my bday and where we met first and honeymoon place. at the end he brought up the question that after marriage how come i did not visit him. as i already booked ticket to visit my husband in June , my husband told him that she is coming in June. then officer told my husband to send all the original documents so that they can make decision on our application.
they asked if i visited or not. they asked for original letters and greeting cards. also calls records from last 1 half year. written letter from me stating that i am living here alone and for how long we were in relationship.mikee23 said:i am just confused did the officer ask if the sponsor visited or how would they know that you never visited him? what original documents did they ask to submit??

Yea they made my wait pretty long. There were no red flags on my file. Actually I updated NDVO with additional documents without their request. Maybe that might be the reason. After I got into this forum, I got to know that it is not a good idea to send additional docs without their request.
That's good to know, I always wondered about sending pics from my last visit but decided not to based on what people suggested on this forum. I'm happy that your wait is finally over Wishing you a speedy PPR request!
NDVO is processing April-May files. You can expect to hear in another 1.5-2 months if current trend continues.CoolTF said:Hi guys,
Am re-posting my info.. Kindly help me pls
I am a newbie in this forum.. Here are my details:
Application submitted: 28 July 2015
SA: 28 September 2015
UCI generated and moved to Delhi: 22 Oct 2015
Medical is passed.
Though I know that currently May applicants have been issued, could anyone please tell me when is the probable time, I can receive any update from the Visa office? Also what are the future steps that I can anticipate? If re-medical is called for, approximately in how many days/months will the entire process be over?
Thank you

It will eventually come to you.Keyurderasari said:does anybody know how long it takes to get back your passport from ottawa office? i sent my wife's passport on 04th April and they received on 6 th. i thought it would take just a week but now i m worried.
