My wife is may14 ,2015 applicant.she got remedical on 04 april,2015. This what NVDO sent in email ,
"The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:
Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word) (Attached herewith)". She is 11 weeks pregnant and our family doctor is not suggesting to go for X-ray.
NVDO didnt give us any deadline to submit remdical so ,"what could be the time period in which she has to send remical"?
If she needs an extension how can she get in touch with them?
What's the best solution for this situation?

I'm reading all the posts here and can anyone explain me what is AOR 2 ..I understand acknowledgment of Receipt-1 , i.e when NDVO sends a correspondence to the person being sponsored that they have received the file ..What is AOR 2

AOR1 is correspondence sent by CPC-M to sponsor and AOR2 is the same sent by NDVO to PA

I would suggest that you better consult with the same doctor who sent your medical to NDVO first time. or any other physician listed by CIC. they will give the best answer as they deal with such situations

Normally it is 30 days ( as per my knowledge) but why you want extension? This will delay DM on your application.

AOR 2 is the confirmation that NDVO has received your file for further processing.

I received my notes which I applied on March 22 and says eligibility passed , criminality and security not yet started. Also states that remedical request has been sent (got remedical request on March 23).

Any idea how long it's going to take to complete criminality and security? Also, in notes they have stated pcc expiry as April 11, 2016.
Will ndvo ask for new pcc as well?

No, don't order notes again. Your file is going in the right path. You got re-medical which means you have most likely passed Eligibility. So just wait for 1-2 months after re-med to get DM/PPR.

Congrats for sending and posting in this group. Hearty welcome to "New Delhi - 2015 Spousal Visa Applicants" forum.

It takes minimum 58 days from the day they receive your application form to get acknowledgement (AOR) and another 48 hours for Sponsorship Approval (SA)

File Number (Application number) will be given only after transferring the application package to New Delhi Visa office (NDVO), which will happen within one week of SA.

You should request notes approx. 1 month before your application date or if you see others before you getting Re-medicals. This way you can know how far the file has reached. If you receive re-medical then don't order notes since your file is going in the right direction.

Since you are a July applicant, I would wait till June to apply for notes.

Hi Dastur,

I ordered notes as my medical expired and did not get remedical request so wanted to check the status on my file.

Applying notes towards the later stages of your file processing (8-10 months from the date of application) will give you a better picture of whats happening with your file.

march applicant husband did remed in feb today april 7th my husband got PPR!!!!!! They didnt update my application status online.

After passport is sent how long does NVDO take?
