Planning to get married (register marriage) soon and its a love marriage. just wondering if we mention it as a love marriage, do we have to provide all previous relationship docs? no problem providing them but since we are planning to register the marriage (marriage at church will be after 6 months) , is gona create any problem if we don't have religious ceremonies and pics ? have any one tried or applied in this way before? what was the end result?? more time in processing (India)?

yes, you should provide all the relationship proof you have before marriage and after marriage. Explain in your relationship history that you did register marriage and your church wedding is in this month (or day). And sumbit your application. After your Church marriage is completed. Send them a courier with new photos/proofs to NDVO ASAP after church marriage. NDVO won't open your file until the 9th-10th month after you submit...

That should make it easy.

No, there is no auto notification from NDVO, you can do a case specific enquiry or just check with your physician.

hey we have exactly same timeline... the only difference is i dn medical on March 25 and its expired.. urs still valid... keep posting if u get anything...

I am also May 14 applicant. No update from NDVO.

I haven't seen any May applicants getting remed requests. Only April applicants getting remed and PPR

I sent my baby's birth certificate, hospital IDs and IMM 0008 form (additional family information) for my wife via case specific enquiry to CIC (here in Canada) 10 days back and today got a strange reply from CIC "

We have verified the file of <My Wife> and there is no information stating that you are their representative.

Due to the Privacy Act, we cannot take action on your request since this file contains personal information about another person. The Privacy Act makes sure that a person’s identity and personal information are protected.

In order to respond to your inquiry, <My Wife> must either write to us directly or provide written consent to IRCC by completing the Use of a Representative form and submitting it via the IRCC Web form available on our website. You may also contact the appropriate governing body to verify that you are a member in good standing.

If you already provided a Use of a Representative form, please resend the form and make sure to fill out all sections of the form correctly.

For more information on using a lawyer or other representative, or on how to become a representative, please visit our website.

Did you feel out the consent form , seems like you did and you must have checked marked on representative option. Verify your form again. And if you haven't filled out before then you can fill this consent form, i mean your wife will give you a consent. And checked mark on memmber of public.

I could be wrong. Confirm with others.

Hi, I think you are talking about GMSC notes?

and I am talking about new born information update to PR application ( I don't need to add baby as dependent as I am citizen). I selected myself as sponsor while sending documents via case specific enquiry and I don't think for this I need to be a representative as I am the sponsor.
