Hi....can someone guide us how to flagpole? My wife is here in Canada on a 1yr TRV and her 6 months are almost up. We would like to cross into the States and renew her visa. Please share your experiences.

The flagpole is for renewing her Visitor Visa i.e. leaving the country before the 6 months expire and not COPR.

Reason for the interview was U applied for Family Class Visa before and you cancelled it after filing it right that's it
By the way do They ask how did y'all meet and how many times she came to meet you ?

Yes they asked how we both met. No questions about visit. bcus she didnt come to india after wedding.

Don't do flagpoling for visitor visa! Apply online for extension of visitor visa one month before it expires.

Hey, no we haven't received Re-medical yet. If it is coming by post then it will take 2 weeks to arrive after they send it (all previous communication from NDVO was by post).

Also check the spreadsheet, there quite a few April applicants who haven't received Re-medical.

Her multiple entry visitor visa hasn't expired. It is valid till Oct 2016. But she has been in Canada since Oct 2015. Isn't there a rule she can only stay in Canada for 6 months at a time and then has to exit the country and re-enter again?

Please advise URGENTLY since we are planning on going to Niagara Falls today.

Hi, your 6 months stay will not extend just by going to US and return. either you have to apply for extension to stay or u have to leave Canada.
