Yes u r right...its your right...u paid them off... u call them till u dnt get satisfy...whr u did your medical, doctor...MOSTLY DEY R NOT RUDE..I CALLED MY DOC SEVERAL TIMES TILL THEY CONFIRM THAT they sent report......even though he sent reports....i called them to reconfirm.....so ask them politely....and dey will tell u..,till now they surely have sent..,they charge for dis only.....its there priority to send it...once they receive all reprts from labs and xray..so just chill n gv them call again atleast once ....hope this help

Thank you I'll call the doc tomorrow.... And reconfirmed with him. I'll try to find the doctor's number. I feel helpless, that people over here aren't helping us...we're more frustrtaed then them living without our family

Everyone who is waiting.. please be strong.. (i know it is tough but when the time is right it will all workout) .. And be realistic and informed about your processing times.. Also be proactive and keep following up through GCMS notes, MP enquiry etc as per your timelines so you feel assured about your file progress.

First of all I must appreciate all of you for being such helpful people.I have been a silent reader of this forum for the past few days in regards to my wife's application in India. Here is my timeline and my case.
Application received:April 1 2015
Sponsorship approval :may 26 2015
File sent to India:June 05 2015
In process: since October 9 2015
Remedical request: February 19 2016
Remedical done: February 20 2016
Decision made : March 13 2016 ( that made me sleep well last night after a long time)
Passport request is much awaited

but I am seeing people are getting that in a day or so, so let's see.
I want to congratulate all of them who have got DM,PPR and landed in Canada and wish them all who are waiting in the queue.
This weekend have brought lot of people DMs so let's see who else is in my boat will get PPR.
Such helpful people my god. You are the real people in this world. Specially Mr Nabaaf.

Hi kam_cool,

Did you get a remedical request? And from my understanding once they start processing your file it all depends on how straightforward your file is (and how much clear and detailed proof you have provided to support it) - this will determine your eligibility check; then your travel history will determine how quickly your criminality and security will be done..

My suggestion would be to order GCMS notes or if your MP is cooperative then do a MP enquiry. Because the GCMS notes take 1 month to come through and I felt my file was still under 'normal' processing I did not order the notes (would have if I hadnt received 'Decision Made' by March 31). But my MP was very responsive and helpful so I did 1 enquiry in the last week of January and 1 enquiry in the first week of March and his office provided me with sufficient updates to keep me satisfied about the progress of my file.

So, to answer your question 17 months is the MOST your file can take but since you are a MAR 20/15 applicant, order your notes and/or MP enquiry to find out whats going on with your file..

How come in my case there is no response. My app was recd on march 20 and CIC has not asked for any further information from me. Therefore, according to me I provided all the details that the application required.
No Remedical request yet for me?

How do I order GCMS notes? What does GCMS stand for?

What should I ask my local MP for an MP inquiry?

I think that they will stretch my case to 17 months because I don't have a remedical yet and then it might take them 3 months to process the remedical. Isn't that great
