My spouse will spouserd me before marriage I lived in Australia on student visa.the study was for 2 year but because of marriage I came to India and now I am living with my Inlaws .
Can anyone tell me why someone tell this Ki agar tusi Kisi hor mulkRae ho ta oh v mention Kro Je visa nai aaeya? Duje Viah d gal samaj aandi but duje mulk Rehn da Ki chaker Visa nal plz reply

A little background I am a Canadian PR holder and sponsoring my wife (still gathering docs n completin forms Huh)

In Principal applicant forms the Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) she being the Principal applicant needs to fill this form.

Can somebody pls tel me [size=10pt]do I (Sponsor) ALSO need to fill this form as the guide says spouse of principal applicant should also complete this form ?? [/size]

I'm a jan/2015 applicant and just got re-medical request today :-\
Canada immigration delhi officers are gone nuts. They sent me re-medical request on my old email address on 21 December which i used in 2008 for work permit. F*ck
I'm lucky they didn't refuse my application and today they sent me another re-medical.

So Seniors ( Nabaf ) Please help me to figure this out. What do i need for re-medical??
and how long they'll take after getting Re-medical ??

It should be attached in the email
A month probably after that.. congo thou' :)

Yeah it's attached along with the request.
I'm living in Dubai since 7 years, I have a question:- Are they gonna request for a new pcc too ot not ??

if u havent sent during ur initial submission, they would request one. anything above 6 months is what they say in the forms! u can very well get ppr without it. cant expect how NDVO works. ;) :D
