I'm sorry but as such this data doesn't make any sense.
For sure you cannot be talking about applications received from Jan 2015 to March 2015 because all of those applications haven't been processed yet so there is no question of a approved/refused figure.
If this is about the applications that NDVO processed from Jan to March 2015, then what's the time range for the applications received? Which month to which month in 2014? Maybe you need to clarify the heading/title of this post

You can't do that unless the immigration people invite you to hand in your passport personally at the embassy.
You have to send your passport through VFS, and Ahmedabad to Delhi and back shouldn't take more than 2 weeks at the max.

Hello you cannot go to delhi. My wife asked and they said no. We have to sent the passport by vfs. It usually takes 5 days before you receive the passport.
