Thanks for the reply. It helps a lot to plan. Thankfully recent stay is till Jun 10. I think I will be sending it to ottawa. I am worried about flagpoling with at the border as I have to drive with her and I don't know how will the US border guys react to it.

I would like to gv u the slight inside of flagpoling landing coz i had done lot of search regarding it wen i had applied fr my trv....bt unfortunately it was rejected....no worriess....so i hope atleast my info shld help u in some way......its jus a 15 mins procedure sooo relax abt it......U dont need to worry at all fr flagpoling landing.....its very easy going as officers on the border r completely aware of the procedure n its their daily basis work coz lot of inland ppl do their landing thru flagpoling or thru cic office.......u jus hv to go to border n take "U" turn n entr canada again....thats it.....while entrying canada....
U would be gvn form to complete ur address in Canada, a document with future goods that u plan to bring to Canada (this is if you need to bring stuff that could be taxed) they will ask u few questions here n there like how much money u have in ur account (not much to worry ,he may even ask ur husband, the idea is to make sure that u r able to live in canada).....and if u r lucky then they would not even ask u anything.....so surely u dont need to worry alot......then officer vil cancel ur visitor visa and PR visa will be stamped on ur passport...........then u hv to wait fr ur PR card for about 3 months and then meanwhile u can apply for health card and SIN...........They will congratulated u and thats done...... Nothing too fancy and they all know about the flag pole, so it is no problem to do the landing from within..........At CIC office you must wait several weeks for an appointment.........if incase u hv plan to leave the country until u get the PR card u must announce embassy to give u some documents(travel document), mostly for the airlines, this is because aftr pr stamp ur visitor visa is cancelled and u vil be a resident so u cannot entr Canada again as a visitor....... According to recent trend sometyms it shows in process directly aftr sponsor approval (as in my case) or it can be somewhr around a week or two aftr confirmation email frm ndvo...bt in rare cases applicants dont see in process n directly dm/ppr aftr months of sponsor approval.......as ecas r not reliable so dont worry fr in process...wait fr sometym if u hv still not got it.....ur ecas will be soon updated....or u may order ur notes to knw the status of ur file.....earlier in process had alot of value bt surely nowadays it is jus a kind of acknowledgment frm visa office that ur file is received to ur country of residency visa office.......i hope this helpss......

This call wascome on cell phone or on landline num.If u given cell nob. u download a true caller id on yr cell so u can get details on display screen about incoming call.So in future it will be helpful.Pl.share yr timeline here.

Hello, this is Airtel's number... It is India's one of the biggest mobile networks..
Your wife must be using Airtel as a service provider...hope it helps

Congratulations fr trv approval stamp 8)
No u dont need to do anything fr getting ur passport stamp in Canada.....u may surely change applicants address to current address in Canada ....that u can do thru ecas...there we hv option to change address....changing address wont affect ur pr application processing in anyway.....it will take tym to get updated on ecas bt they shortly update the changed address on our file....u may even write them email regarding change of address.....u may get reply if u r lucky .....
email sent to : Delhi-mc@international.gc.ca and DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
To be more assured regarding change of address u may then order gcms notes (u may find link in my signature)
If someone is still there to gv u update at applicants address then u dont need to worry alot...they vil surely notify u if they receive nything on ur behalf....so changing it only on ecas will fulfill ur responsibility to inform them.....
Rest all instruction to submit passport at ottawa will be there in ur ppr email......

I'm in the same boat buddy. I'm march 10th applicant and medical expired since january 8th. No re-medical request either when most of march applicants have gotten their re-medical request.

Same timeline.....nothing heard from NDVO..10 march applicant.. be cool n wait.....good time z about to come. Elephant is already passed...only tail remains....cool...stay positive. We all will get visa. In few days...or couple of months...

Don't worry they will call u again wait for couple of days of they don't email them,
They will surely get in touch same thing happened to my Frd so he got the call again within a week
